ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISCREPANCY, CONFLICT, OR INTERPRETATION ARISING FROM ANY TRANSLATED VERSION, THE ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL AND SHALL BE THE ONLY LEGALLY BINDING VERSION.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily entering a digital environment that may contain adult-oriented material, including but not limited to explicit audiovisual content, live streaming performances, interactive chat sessions, and other user-generated materials of a sexual or suggestive nature.

You further acknowledge that such content may be considered explicit, offensive, or inappropriate in certain jurisdictions or cultural contexts, and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to such content is lawful and acceptable under the laws applicable to you.

If access to such content is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful in your jurisdiction, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use shall constitute an explicit acknowledgment that you have independently verified the legality of such access and that you assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. PERFORMER STATUS AND LEGAL INDEPENDENCE (COMPREHENSIVE)

All individuals and entities providing content or services on the Cameralux Platform (collectively, the “Performers”) operate as independent contractors. This classification is a fundamental and material term of this Agreement and shall be interpreted strictly in all legal, regulatory, and commercial contexts.

Nothing in this Agreement, nor any conduct between the parties, shall be construed to create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or agency between Cameralux and any Performer. Performers are not employees of the Company and are not entitled to employee benefits, protections, or compensation structures applicable to employees under any jurisdiction.

Performers expressly acknowledge and agree that they:

  • Control the manner, method, and means of their performance;
  • Determine their own working hours, frequency of activity, and content style;
  • Use their own equipment, premises, and resources;
  • May perform on other platforms or engage in other business activities, subject to their own contractual obligations;
  • Assume all commercial risks associated with their activities on the Platform.

The Company does not supervise, direct, or control the details of any performance. Any tools or features provided by the Platform are purely optional and do not create any right of control or supervision.

To the extent required by applicable law, this clause shall be interpreted to preserve the independent contractor status of Performers to the maximum extent permitted.

---

12. PERFORMER CLASSIFICATION (A / B / C STRUCTURE – FULL)

For operational clarity and allocation of responsibilities, Cameralux classifies Performers into the following categories:

  • Category A – Independent Model: an individual operating directly on the Platform without intermediary management;
  • Category B – Studio: a business or individual managing one or more Models;
  • Category C – Studio Model: an individual operating under a Studio’s management.

Each category is subject to distinct rights, obligations, and liability frameworks. Where ambiguity exists, the Company may determine the applicable category based on the factual circumstances of the relationship.

---

13. CATEGORY A – INDEPENDENT MODEL (FULL RESPONSIBILITY)

An Independent Model registers directly with Cameralux and operates without involvement of a Studio. The Model is solely responsible for all aspects of their activity on the Platform.

The Independent Model shall:

  • Create, upload, and manage all content;
  • Set pricing, rates, and service offerings;
  • Communicate with Members and manage interactions;
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including content, tax, and consumer laws;
  • Maintain appropriate records where required by law (including proof of age and consent).

The Model represents and warrants that:

  • They are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
  • They act voluntarily and without coercion;
  • They have full rights to any content they upload or perform;
  • They will not engage in any prohibited conduct under this Agreement.

Financial and Tax Responsibility:

The Independent Model is solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from their earnings. This includes, without limitation:

  • Income tax reporting and payment;
  • Value-added tax (VAT) or equivalent, where applicable;
  • Social contributions or self-employment taxes;
  • Compliance with invoicing and record-keeping requirements.

Illustrative Jurisdictional Examples (non-exhaustive):

  • United Kingdom: the Model may be considered self-employed and must report income to HMRC;
  • European Union: VAT obligations may arise depending on thresholds and place of supply rules;
  • Brazil: earnings may be subject to individual income tax or structured via MEI or equivalent regimes;
  • United States: the Model may be treated as an independent contractor for tax purposes.

The Company does not provide tax advice and disclaims any responsibility for the Performer’s tax compliance.

---

14. CATEGORY B – STUDIO (MANAGEMENT AND LIABILITY)

A Studio is a legal entity or individual that manages one or more Models. The Studio acts as the primary counterparty to Cameralux in respect of those Models.

The Studio assumes full responsibility for:

  • Recruitment, onboarding, and management of Models;
  • Verification of identity and age of all Models;
  • Ensuring that all Models act voluntarily and lawfully;
  • Compliance with labor, tax, and regulatory requirements applicable to the Studio’s operations;
  • Maintaining records required by applicable law, including consent and identification documentation.

The Studio represents and warrants that:

  • All Models under its control are at least 18 years old;
  • No Model is subject to coercion, exploitation, or trafficking;
  • All necessary consents have been obtained and documented;
  • Its operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Liability Allocation:

The Studio shall be solely liable for the acts and omissions of its Models. Cameralux shall have no responsibility for:

  • Their primary contractual relationship is with the Studio, not Cameralux;
  • Cameralux does not act as employer, agent, or guarantor;
  • All payment and contractual issues must be resolved with the Studio.

The Studio Model remains individually responsible for compliance with Platform rules and applicable laws.

---

16. CONTENT WARRANTIES AND CONSENT (STRICT REQUIREMENTS)

All Performers represent, warrant, and undertake that:

  • All content is created with full, informed, and voluntary consent of all participants;
  • No content involves minors under any circumstances;
  • No content involves coercion, force, or exploitation;
  • All participants are legally capable of consenting;
  • All content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Performers must maintain verifiable records of consent where required by law and provide such records upon reasonable request by the Company or competent authorities.

Failure to comply with this section shall result in immediate termination and may lead to legal reporting.

---

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (EU-COMPLIANT)

Performers retain ownership of their content. However, by uploading or streaming content, the Performer grants Cameralux a license that is:

  • Non-exclusive;
  • Worldwide;
  • Royalty-free;
  • Transferable to service providers as necessary for Platform operation.

This license permits Cameralux to:

  • Host, store, and transmit content;
  • Display and stream content to Members;
  • Use content for Platform promotion and operation.

This license is limited to the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform and does not transfer ownership.

Where applicable, moral rights are respected in accordance with EU law and cannot be waived where prohibited.

---

18. CONTENT MODERATION AND PLATFORM RIGHTS

Cameralux reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, restrict, or block content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect:

  • Users;
  • Platform integrity;
  • Legal compliance.

The Company does not undertake general monitoring obligations beyond those required by law.

---

19. PERFORMER EARNINGS AND PAYMENT PRINCIPLES

Performer earnings are derived from Member payments for services. The amount earned depends on multiple factors, including demand, pricing, and user activity.

Performers acknowledge that:

  • Earnings are not guaranteed;
  • Payment timing may vary;
  • Third-party providers may affect processing times.

Cameralux does not guarantee minimum income or revenue levels.

---

20. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND PLATFORM PROTECTION

The Platform enforces strict anti-fraud measures. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Loss of earnings;
  • Business interruptions;
  • Third-party disputes.

Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

---

24. FINAL PERFORMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using the Platform, the Performer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They operate independently;
  • They assume full legal responsibility for their actions;
  • They accept the risks inherent in digital platform activity.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Performer and Cameralux regarding their use of the Platform.

25. PAYMENT FRAMEWORK AND DIGITAL CREDIT SYSTEM (COMPREHENSIVE)

Cameralux operates a closed-loop digital credit system designed to facilitate transactions between Members and Performers in a secure, scalable, and globally compliant manner.

Members do not purchase content directly. Instead, they acquire digital credits through approved payment providers. These credits are subsequently used to access services offered by Performers.

Credits are not legal tender, electronic money, stored monetary value, or a financial instrument. They represent a limited, non-transferable right to access digital services within the Platform.

Credits have no value outside the Platform and cannot be redeemed for cash by Members under any circumstances.

The Company reserves the right to modify the credit system, pricing, or exchange ratios at any time, provided that such changes do not affect credits already purchased.

---

26. PAYMENT PROVIDERS AND REGULATORY STRUCTURE

Cameralux integrates multiple third-party payment providers to ensure global coverage and compliance with financial regulations.

These providers may include, but are not limited to:

  • CCBill: global card processing, subscription management, and adult-industry compliance;
  • PayGarden: alternative payment methods, including gift cards;
  • CoinPayments: cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain-based payments;

Each provider operates independently and is subject to its own regulatory framework, including:

  • Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements;

Cameralux does not control, override, or interfere with the compliance decisions of payment providers.

All transactions follow a structured lifecycle involving multiple stages:
