Terms of Agreement for Studios

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("User", "you") and Cameralux ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing access to and use of the Cameralux platform, including all associated services, websites, applications, and functionalities (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is a global digital service that enables interaction between Users, including viewers, performers, and third-party participants, through live streaming, messaging, and related services.

For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation, this Agreement applies to all users of the Platform regardless of geographic location and governs all use of the Platform, whether as a guest or registered account holder.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the Cameralux website, applications, and all associated services.
• "User" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• "Performer" means any User who broadcasts, uploads, or provides content through the Platform.
• "Studio" means any individual or entity managing or facilitating Performers.
• "Content" means any material, including video, audio, text, images, or interactions, transmitted through the Platform.
• "Services" means all functionalities provided by the Platform, including live streaming, messaging, and payment systems.

Definitions shall be interpreted broadly to ensure enforceability and alignment with applicable laws.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If a User does not agree with any provision of this Agreement, they must immediately cease use of the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of this Agreement, including any updates or modifications.

4. Nature of the Platform

The Platform operates solely as a technology service provider that facilitates interactions between Users. The Company does not create, produce, or control user-generated content.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company does not act as:

• An employer of Performers or Studios;
• A producer of content;
• An agent or representative of Users;
• A participant in transactions between Users.

All content and interactions are generated independently by Users, who are solely responsible for their conduct and compliance with applicable laws.

5. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By using the Platform, Users represent and warrant that they meet these eligibility requirements.

The Company reserves the right to request verification of age and identity and to restrict or terminate access where such requirements are not satisfied.

6. Account Registration and Security

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts and must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

7. Global Use and Jurisdiction

The Platform is accessible globally; however, Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

The Company does not guarantee that the Platform is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.

Where local laws impose mandatory requirements, such laws shall apply to the extent required without affecting the remainder of this Agreement.

8. Modifications to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates shall become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Users are responsible for reviewing the Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, including where Users violate this Agreement or applicable laws.

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform, its Users, or legal compliance.

Users may terminate their use of the Platform at any time by discontinuing access.

10. Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the Company and any User.

Users act independently and assume full responsibility for their activities on the Platform.

11. Account Creation and Access

Access to certain features of the Platform requires the creation of a registered account. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account that contains inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

12. Account Security and Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including usernames and passwords.

All activities conducted through a User’s account shall be deemed to have been performed by the account holder.

Users must immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use, suspected breach, or security incident involving their account.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User’s failure to safeguard account credentials.

13. Multiple Accounts and Restrictions

The Company may restrict or prohibit the creation of multiple accounts by the same User where such accounts are used to circumvent Platform rules, payment systems, or enforcement actions.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company reserves the right to link, merge, suspend, or terminate accounts that are reasonably determined to be controlled by the same individual or entity.

14. Verification and Identity Checks

The Company may require Users to complete verification procedures, including identity and age verification, in order to access certain features or services.

Failure to complete required verification may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of the account.

Users agree to provide accurate and authentic documentation when requested.

15. Account Suspension and Restriction

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or limit account functionality where:

• There is suspected violation of this Agreement;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
• Verification requirements are not met;
• Legal or regulatory obligations require such action.

Such actions may be temporary or permanent and may be applied without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform or ensure compliance.

16. Account Termination

The Company may terminate a User’s account at its sole discretion, including for violations of this Agreement, applicable laws, or payment-related issues.

Users may terminate their account at any time by discontinuing use and requesting account closure where applicable.

Termination does not relieve Users of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

17. Access Limitations

The Company reserves the right to limit or restrict access to the Platform or specific features based on geographic location, legal requirements, or risk assessment.

The Company shall not be liable for any inability to access the Platform resulting from such restrictions.

18. Technical Requirements and Availability

Access to the Platform requires compatible devices, internet connectivity, and appropriate software. Users are responsible for ensuring that their systems meet these requirements.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that affect availability.

The Company shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

19. Users (Viewers) — General Role

Users who access the Platform for viewing, interacting with Performers, or using communication features ("Viewers") agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

For the avoidance of doubt, Viewers do not create or manage content but may interact with Performers through live streams, messaging, tipping systems, and other available features.

All interactions between Users are conducted independently, and the Company is not responsible for the behavior, representations, or actions of any User.

20. Acceptable Use and Conduct

Users agree to use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Engaging in harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation of any User;
• Requesting or promoting illegal activities or prohibited content;
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or coerce Performers;
• Using the Platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• Interfering with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.

For the avoidance of doubt, violations of these rules may result in immediate enforcement action.

21. Prohibited Requests and Interactions

Users are strictly prohibited from requesting, encouraging, or engaging in any content or activity that:

• Involves minors or individuals who may be under the legal age;
• Violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Infringes intellectual property rights;
• Includes non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive behavior;
• Attempts to bypass Platform safeguards or moderation systems.

Any such requests may result in immediate account suspension and reporting where required by law.

22. User Financial Interactions

Users may purchase credits or make payments to access content, interact with Performers, or use premium features.

All financial transactions are voluntary and are conducted through the Platform’s payment systems.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• Payments do not create ownership rights over Performers or content;
• Payments do not guarantee specific outcomes or experiences;
• Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming payment.

The Company shall not be responsible for disputes arising from User expectations or dissatisfaction.

23. Off-Platform Conduct and Circumvention

Users are prohibited from attempting to move interactions, payments, or communications outside the Platform for the purpose of avoiding fees, rules, or monitoring.

This includes, without limitation:

• Requesting external contact information from Performers;
• Offering or soliciting payments outside the Platform;
• Attempting to bypass Platform safeguards.

For the avoidance of doubt, such conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.

24. Fraud and Abuse by Users

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

• Using unauthorized or stolen payment methods;
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Exploiting Platform systems, promotions, or pricing errors;
• Creating accounts to evade enforcement actions.

The Company reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate enforcement action, including account suspension, financial restrictions, and reporting to relevant authorities.

25. Privacy and Respect for Others

Users must respect the privacy and rights of other Users and shall not:

• Record, capture, or distribute content without authorization;
• Share personal information of other Users;
• Engage in doxxing, stalking, or harassment.

For the avoidance of doubt, violations of privacy rights may result in legal action.

26. Enforcement and Consequences

The Company reserves the right to take enforcement action against Users who violate this Agreement.

Such actions may include, without limitation:

• Warnings or notices;
• Temporary suspension of access;
• Permanent account termination;
• Restriction of financial features;
• Removal of content or interactions.

For the avoidance of doubt, enforcement actions are determined at the Company’s discretion and may be applied without prior notice where necessary.

27. User Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their conduct and interactions and agree to comply with all rules set forth in this Agreement.

Users further acknowledge that failure to comply may result in loss of access and other enforcement actions.

28. Performers — General Role

Performers are Users who create, broadcast, upload, or otherwise provide content through the Platform.

For the avoidance of doubt, Performers operate independently and are solely responsible for the content they produce, their conduct, and their compliance with applicable laws.

The Company does not act as a producer, employer, or manager of Performers.

29. Independent Contractor Status

Performers acknowledge and agree that they act as independent contractors and not as employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.

The Company does not control the manner, method, or means by which Performers create or deliver content.

Performers are free to determine their own schedules, content style, and methods of engagement, subject to compliance with this Agreement.

30. Performer Responsibilities

Performers are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws and regulations;
• Verifying their own age and identity and, where applicable, the age of any participant;
• Maintaining required documentation and records;
• Complying with tax, financial, and legal obligations;
• Ensuring that all content is consensual and lawful.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be responsible for any failure by Performers to comply with these obligations.

31. Content Standards and Restrictions

Performers must ensure that all content produced or transmitted through the Platform:

• Does not involve minors or prohibited individuals;
• Does not violate applicable laws;
• Does not include non-consensual or exploitative material;
• Does not infringe intellectual property rights;
• Complies with Platform rules and standards.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company reserves the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these standards.

32. Earnings and Payments to Performers

Performers may earn compensation through interactions with Users, including tips, private sessions, subscriptions, or other monetized features available on the Platform.

All earnings are calculated based on the Platform’s internal systems and policies.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• The Company does not guarantee any level of income or earnings;
• Earnings depend on User engagement and Platform activity;
• The Company may deduct fees, commissions, or adjustments as disclosed.

Payments are subject to verification, fraud prevention measures, and compliance with applicable laws.

33. Payment Adjustments and Withholding

The Company reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or reverse earnings where:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes occur;
• Violations of this Agreement are identified;
• Legal or regulatory obligations require such action.

For the avoidance of doubt, such actions are necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform and its financial systems.

34. No Guarantees and Platform Limitation

The Company does not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of services;
• Specific earnings levels;
• User engagement or demand.

Performers acknowledge that participation in the Platform involves inherent risks associated with digital services and user-driven interactions.

35. Prohibited Performer Conduct

Performers are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in illegal or prohibited activities;
• Misrepresenting identity or age;
• Using unauthorized third parties to perform on their account without proper disclosure;
• Violating intellectual property rights;
• Attempting to circumvent Platform systems or rules.

Violations may result in immediate enforcement action, including account termination.

36. Record-Keeping and Compliance

Performers are solely responsible for maintaining any records required under applicable laws, including but not limited to record-keeping obligations relating to age verification and consent.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company does not act as a custodian of such records.

37. Taxes and Financial Responsibility

Performers are solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, and financial liabilities arising from their activities on the Platform.

The Company shall not be responsible for withholding, reporting, or paying taxes on behalf of Performers unless required by law.

38. Suspension and Termination of Performers

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Performer accounts where violations of this Agreement or applicable laws are identified.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to ensure compliance or protect the Platform.

39. Performer Acknowledgment

By acting as a Performer on the Platform, the User acknowledges full responsibility for their activities and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement.

40. Studios — General Role

A Studio is any individual or legal entity that manages, represents, or facilitates one or more Performers ("Studio Models") on the Platform.

For the avoidance of doubt, Studios operate independently and are solely responsible for their business operations, personnel, and compliance with applicable laws.

The Company does not manage, supervise, or control Studios or their associated Performers.

41. Independent Contractor Status

Studios acknowledge and agree that they operate as independent contractors and not as employees, partners, agents, or representatives of the Company.

The Company does not control the Studio’s internal operations, employment relationships, or business practices.

Studios retain full responsibility for their activities and assume all associated risks.

42. Responsibility for Studio Models

Studios are solely responsible for all individuals operating under their accounts, including Studio Models.

This responsibility includes, without limitation:

• Verification of age and identity of all Studio Models;
• Ensuring that all Studio Models meet legal age requirements;
• Obtaining valid consent and contractual agreements;
• Ensuring compliance with applicable labor, tax, and content laws;
• Supervising conduct and ensuring compliance with this Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company has no contractual relationship with Studio Models and assumes no liability for their conduct or content.

43. Studio Model Agreements

The relationship between Studios and Studio Models is governed exclusively by separate agreements entered into between those parties.

The Company is not a party to such agreements and shall not be liable for any disputes arising from them.

Studios must ensure that such agreements comply with applicable laws and do not conflict with this Agreement.

44. Content Responsibility

Studios are solely responsible for all content produced, transmitted, or made available through their accounts, including content generated by Studio Models.

This includes, without limitation:

• Live broadcasts and recorded content;
• Compliance with applicable laws governing adult content;
• Avoidance of prohibited or illegal material;
• Respect of intellectual property rights.

The Company does not monitor all content and shall not be considered responsible for Studio-generated content.

45. Payments and Earnings

Studios may receive earnings generated through the activities of Studio Models on the Platform.

All earnings are calculated based on the Platform’s internal systems and policies.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• The Company does not guarantee earnings;
• Studios are responsible for distributing payments to Studio Models;
• The Company is not responsible for disputes between Studios and Studio Models.

46. Payment Adjustments and Risk Controls

The Company reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or reverse earnings where:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;
• Chargebacks or disputes occur;
• Violations of this Agreement are identified;
• Legal or regulatory requirements apply.

Such actions may affect Studio balances and shall be applied at the Company’s discretion to protect the Platform’s financial integrity.

47. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Studios agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where they operate or where their content is accessible.

This includes, without limitation:

• Age verification and record-keeping requirements;
• Tax and financial obligations;
• Labor and contractual laws;
• Content and broadcasting regulations.

Compliance with one jurisdiction does not exempt Studios from obligations in others.

48. No Control by the Company

The Company does not control the manner, timing, or content of Studio activities.

Studios retain full discretion over their operations and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with this Agreement.

49. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

Studios are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or abusive practices, including:

• Artificially inflating activity or earnings;
• Coordinating fraudulent transactions;
• Using unauthorized payment methods;
• Exploiting Platform systems.

Violations may result in immediate enforcement action, including account termination and financial restrictions.

50. Indemnification

Studios agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Actions of the Studio or Studio Models;
• Violation of applicable laws;
• Breach of this Agreement;
• Content produced or distributed through Studio accounts.

51. Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Studio accounts in the event of violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to ensure compliance or protect the Platform.

52. Studio Acknowledgment

By operating as a Studio on the Platform, the Studio acknowledges full responsibility for its activities and those conducted under its account and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement.

53. User-Generated Content

The Platform enables Users, including Performers and Studios, to create, upload, transmit, and distribute content ("Content").

For the avoidance of doubt, all Content is generated independently by Users, and the Company does not create or produce such Content.

Users are solely responsible for all Content they submit, publish, or make available through the Platform.

54. Ownership of Content

Users retain all ownership rights to the Content they create and provide through the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring ownership of Content from Users to the Company.

For the avoidance of doubt, Users are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and distribute their Content.

55. License Grant to the Company

By uploading or transmitting Content on the Platform, Users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, transmit, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and promoting the Platform.

This license includes, without limitation:

• Streaming and broadcasting Content to Users;
• Displaying Content across Platform interfaces;
• Using Content for marketing and promotional purposes;
• Adapting Content for technical compatibility and performance.

For the avoidance of doubt, this license does not transfer ownership of Content and is limited to the operation and promotion of the Platform.

56. User Representations and Warranties

Users represent and warrant that:

• They own or have the necessary rights to the Content;
• All Content is lawful and complies with applicable regulations;
• All individuals appearing in Content have provided valid and informed consent;
• All participants are of legal age;
• Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

For the avoidance of doubt, Users assume full liability for any breach of these representations.

57. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, transmitting, or distributing Content that:

• Involves minors or illegal activity;
• Is non-consensual or exploitative;
• Violates intellectual property rights;
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;
• Violates applicable laws or Platform policies.

The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict such Content without prior notice.

58. Monitoring and Moderation

The Company does not actively monitor all Content but reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict Content at its sole discretion.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be liable for failure to monitor Content in all instances.

Content may be removed or restricted where it is deemed to violate this Agreement or applicable laws.

59. Intellectual Property Rights of the Platform

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, and branding, are owned by the Company or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

60. Content Removal and Enforcement

The Company reserves the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any Content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

Such actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform or ensure compliance.

Removal of Content does not imply a determination of legal liability.

61. Repeat Violations

Users who repeatedly violate Content or intellectual property rules may be subject to escalating enforcement actions, including permanent account termination.

The Company reserves the right to determine violations at its sole discretion.

62. Content Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from Content they provide, including claims related to intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or unlawful content.

63. Payments Overview

The Platform provides payment functionality that allows Users to purchase credits or access paid services and enables Performers and Studios to earn compensation.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The Company does not act as a financial institution.

For the avoidance of doubt, all transactions on the Platform relate to digital services and are not purchases of tangible goods.

64. Credit System

The Platform may operate on a credit-based system, where Users purchase digital credits to access services or interact with Performers.

Credits have no monetary value outside the Platform and are non-transferable.

For the avoidance of doubt, credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

65. Payment Methods

The Platform may support multiple payment methods, including credit cards, digital wallets, and alternative payment systems.

All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the respective payment provider.

The Company shall not be responsible for declined or failed transactions.

66. Transaction Finality

All purchases are considered final once completed and processed.

By completing a transaction, Users acknowledge that the service is provided immediately and may not be reversible.

This includes access to digital content, live interactions, and subscription services.

67. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided once services have been accessed or consumed.

Refunds may be granted only in limited circumstances, including:

• Unauthorized transactions;
• Duplicate charges;
• Technical failure resulting in non-delivery of service.

For the avoidance of doubt, refunds shall not be granted for:

• User dissatisfaction;
• Failure to cancel subscriptions;
• Completed interactions or consumed services;
• User error or voluntary transactions.

68. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

The Platform may offer subscription-based services that renew automatically.

Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions prior to renewal.

Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle the User to a refund.

69. Live Services and Interaction Risks

Users acknowledge that live services are subject to real-time conditions and may be affected by technical issues, connectivity interruptions, or user behavior.

For the avoidance of doubt:

• Temporary interruptions do not automatically entitle Users to refunds;
• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted sessions;
• Users assume the risk associated with live digital interactions.

70. Tips and Voluntary Payments

Tips are voluntary payments made by Users to Performers.

All tips are final and non-refundable.

Tips do not guarantee specific actions, responses, or content from Performers.

71. Chargebacks and Disputes

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid and authorized transactions.

Initiating a chargeback without valid grounds constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Contest chargebacks;
• Suspend or terminate accounts;
• Recover associated costs where permitted by law.

72. Fraud Prevention

The Company implements fraud detection systems to monitor and prevent unauthorized or suspicious activity.

Users consent to such monitoring as a condition of using the Platform.

The Company may block or restrict transactions deemed high-risk.

73. Payment Adjustments

The Company reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or reverse transactions where:

• Fraud is suspected;
• Chargebacks occur;
• Errors are identified;
• Legal obligations require action.

Such adjustments may affect User balances and earnings.

74. Currency and Fees

Transactions may involve currency conversion and additional fees imposed by payment providers.

The Company does not control exchange rates or external fees.

Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details prior to payment.

75. Taxes and Financial Responsibility

Users, Performers, and Studios are responsible for any taxes or financial obligations arising from transactions on the Platform.

The Company shall not be responsible for tax reporting or payments unless required by law.

76. Payment Enforcement

The Company reserves the right to take enforcement action in connection with payment-related violations, including fraud, abuse, or breach of this Agreement.

Such actions may include suspension, termination, or financial restrictions.

77. Platform Rules and Compliance

All Users, including Viewers, Performers, and Studios, must comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws when using the Platform.

The Platform operates under a zero-tolerance approach to illegal activity, exploitation, and abuse.

For the avoidance of doubt, Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their conduct complies with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

78. Violations of the Agreement

A violation occurs when a User engages in conduct that breaches this Agreement, applicable laws, or Platform rules.

Violations may include, without limitation:

• Submission of prohibited or illegal content;
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior;
• Violation of payment rules or systems;
• Circumvention of Platform safeguards;
• Harassment or abuse of other Users.

79. Enforcement Actions

The Company reserves the right to take enforcement action in response to violations.

Such actions may include, without limitation:

• Warnings or notices;
• Content removal;
• Temporary suspension of access;
• Permanent account termination;
• Restriction of features or services;
• Adjustment or withholding of payments where applicable.

For the avoidance of doubt, enforcement actions may be applied immediately and without prior notice where necessary to protect the Platform or ensure compliance.

80. Discretion and Case-by-Case Assessment

All enforcement decisions are made at the Company’s sole discretion and are based on the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation.

The Company may consider mitigating or aggravating factors, including User history and intent.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company is not required to apply enforcement actions uniformly across all cases.

This Agreement further defines clear and enforceable rules regarding payments, refunds, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and platform integrity. It incorporates strict safeguards designed to protect minors, prevent unlawful content, and ensure adherence to applicable record-keeping and compliance obligations across jurisdictions.

Users acknowledge that the Platform operates within a complex and evolving legal environment and that continued use requires ongoing compliance with both this Agreement and all applicable laws in their respective jurisdictions.

For the avoidance of doubt, any User who does not agree with this Agreement must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
