IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THE AGE OF LEGAL MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION TO ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY GOLD SHOW ON CAMERALUX.

ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISCREPANCY ARISING FROM TRANSLATIONS, THE ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL.

Gold Show Policy (Prepaid Group Performance – Expanded Framework)

A Gold Show is a prepaid, time-limited group performance hosted by an independent Model using the Cameralux platform. Gold Shows allow multiple users to contribute a fixed amount of credits or tokens to access a shared live performance.

Cameralux operates solely as a technology platform and does not directly provide or control the content, performance, or conduct of Models.

1. Nature of Gold Shows

  • Entertainment-based and highly subjective
  • Models are independent contractors
  • No guarantee of specific actions or outcomes
  • User satisfaction is subjective

Subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for refunds.

2. Show Configuration

  • Performance description (indicative only)
  • Total funding goal
  • Minimum contribution
  • Duration and countdown

Models retain full control over show execution.

3. Pre-Show Phase

  • Users may pledge contributions
  • No performance obligation before start

If goal is not reached, Model may cancel → full refunds issued.

4. Show Start and Participation

  • Access granted to paying users
  • Group environment participation

5. Late Join Policy

  • Full price applies regardless of elapsed time
  • No prorated access
  • No refunds based on late entry

6. Disconnection

  • Reconnection allowed if possible
  • No refund for user-side issues
  • Platform failures may be reviewed

7. Tipping

  • Voluntary and discretionary
  • No obligation created
  • Non-refundable under all circumstances

8. Partial Participation

  • Leaving early → no refund
  • Model ends early → may be reviewed

9. Gold Show Refund Policy (Integrated)

Gold Shows are prepaid, real-time digital services. Once a show begins, the service is considered consumed.

General Rule

  • All payments are final once access is granted
  • Refunds only in objective, verifiable cases
  • Subjective dissatisfaction is not valid

Full Refund

  • Show canceled before start → 100% refund

Partial Refunds

  • Significant early termination
  • Platform-level technical failure

Refunds may be proportional based on unused time.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Late join participation
  • User leaves early
  • User device or internet issues
  • Dissatisfaction with performance
  • Tips and additional payments

Technical Failures

  • Server-side issues → eligible
  • User-side issues → not eligible

Jurisdiction Rules

EU / UK:

  • User consents to immediate service
  • Withdrawal right waived once show begins

Brazil:

  • Right of regret applies only before show starts

United States:

  • Refunds limited to technical or billing errors

10. Content Disclaimer

  • Descriptions are indicative only
  • Models retain creative control
  • No guarantee of specific acts

11. Recorded Content

All recorded content purchases are final and non-refundable.

12. Fraud and Abuse

  • Repeated refund abuse
  • Chargebacks after participation
  • System manipulation

Consequences:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Permanent ban
  • Recovery of losses

13. Chargebacks

  • Must contact Cameralux before dispute
  • Chargebacks may lead to suspension
  • User liable for fees

14. Consumer Rights

Local laws override where applicable.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for Model behavior
  • No liability for user dissatisfaction
  • No liability for external technical issues

Maximum liability limited to amount paid.

16. Final Statement

By participating in a Gold Show, users accept these terms.
