Model Guidelines on Privacy, Broadcasting, Payments & Behavior

1. PLATFORM ROLE & LEGAL STATUS

CameraLux operates as a global technology platform that enables independent adult content creators (“Models”) to broadcast live content to consenting users.

CameraLux does not produce, direct, or control content.
All content is created by independent third-party Models.
Models are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of CameraLux.
CameraLux functions as a neutral intermediary hosting service provider under applicable laws.

2. AGE VERIFICATION & ADULT ACCESS

All Models must be 18 years or older and successfully complete identity verification.
Verification includes:
- Government-issued identification
- Facial recognition and liveness detection
- Ongoing compliance monitoring
Users must confirm they are 18+ or of legal age in their jurisdiction.

CameraLux reserves the right to:

Request additional verification at any time
Restrict or block access based on geographic or legal requirements

3. GENERAL CONDUCT – PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

3.1 Privacy & Security

Models must not share personal contact information, including email, phone number, messaging apps, addresses, or social media accounts.
Promoting or linking to external platforms or services not affiliated with CameraLux is strictly prohibited.
Models may not arrange or accept in-person meetings with users under any circumstances.
Soliciting prostitution, escorting, or any form of offline service is strictly forbidden.
The use, display, or promotion of illegal drugs, or broadcasting while visibly intoxicated, is prohibited.

3.2 Off-Site Payments – Strictly Prohibited

Models are strictly prohibited from requesting or accepting payments outside CameraLux, including:

PIX
PayPal
CashApp
Western Union
Gift cards
Bank transfers
Any third-party or alternative payment method

Violations will result in immediate enforcement actions, including:

Permanent account suspension
Withholding of all earnings and tokens

4. ON-CAMERA BEHAVIOR & BROADCASTING RULES

Models may stream from only one account at a time. Account sharing or reuse is strictly prohibited.
The registered account holder must be visibly present on camera at all times.
All content must be 100% live. Pre-recorded, looped, or simulated live content is strictly prohibited.
Microphones must remain active and unmuted during broadcasts.

⚠️ CamScore & Performance Metrics

CameraLux uses internal ranking and visibility systems (e.g., CamScore) to evaluate performance.
Failure to comply with platform standards (audio, activity, engagement) may result in:
- Reduced visibility
- Lower ranking
- Decreased monetization opportunities
Models must use accurate tags and categories. Misleading classifications may result in penalties.
Public broadcasts MUST be paused before initiating any Private or Exclusive show.
“BRB”, “Starting Soon”, or idle screens are strictly prohibited.
Only approved and verified individuals linked to the account may appear on camera.
The presence of unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
CameraLux may require real-time face verification at any time. Refusal will result in broadcast interruption and potential penalties.
Profile avatars and cover images must not display explicit nudity. Intimate areas must be covered.

5. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & EARNINGS

Models must register and operate a personal account. Sharing or transferring accounts is prohibited.
Earnings are subject to a 180-day rolling reserve policy, including chargeback protection.
Pricing for private or exclusive shows may be adjusted at any time.
Models are responsible for maintaining consistent, professional, and compliant activity.

CameraLux reserves the right to:

Suspend or deactivate accounts that are:
- Inactive
- Inconsistent
- Commercially non-viable
Models may ban users who engage in harassment or misconduct.

6. ADDITIONAL PROHIBITIONS

Strictly prohibited activities include:

Hateful, abusive, or misleading usernames
Any references to minors, terrorism, incest, or competing platforms
Harassment, scams, or abusive conduct
Failure to deliver promised actions after receiving payment

⚠️ Platform Exception

Platform-approved features (e.g., Epic Goals) are the only permitted structured fundraising mechanisms.
Off-platform revenue sharing or payment splitting
Advertising or linking to:
- Competing webcam platforms
- Subscription/content-selling websites
- Personal payment services
- Unauthorized fundraising platforms
Wearing clothing displaying competitor branding or other adult platforms
Spamming, QR codes, or manipulation tactics

⚠️ Fraud & Manipulation

Use of bots, fake traffic, or artificial engagement is strictly prohibited.
Simulating interactive devices (e.g., fake tip-responsive toys) is considered fraud.
Any attempt to manipulate rankings, CamScore, or user behavior will result in penalties.
Advertising in other models’ chat rooms
Posting referral links or encouraging re-registration
Attempting to imitate platform UI or interfere with features

7. DUTY TO REPORT VIOLATIONS

Models are required to report any prohibited or suspicious activity immediately.
Failure to report known violations may itself result in enforcement action.

8. PROHIBITED CONTENT & BEHAVIOR (GLOBAL)

Strictly prohibited worldwide:

Any content involving minors (real or simulated)
Non-consensual acts or coercion
Incest or family-roleplay
Bestiality
Violence or exploitation
Sleeping, unconsciousness, or drugged simulation
Selling physical goods or personal items
Displaying weapons or realistic replicas

9. UNITED STATES COMPLIANCE

CameraLux complies with 18 U.S.C. § 2257:

Mandatory identity verification
Secure record-keeping
Custodian of records available upon lawful request

Additional measures:

State-level age verification compliance
Geo-restrictions where required

10. UNITED KINGDOM COMPLIANCE

Aligned with the Online Safety Act 2023:

Strong age assurance systems
Prevention of minor access
Rapid removal of illegal content
Risk mitigation and reporting mechanisms

11. EUROPEAN UNION COMPLIANCE

CameraLux complies with the Digital Services Act:

Availability

13.3 User Responsibility

Users and Models:

Are fully responsible for their actions
Must comply with all laws
Assume all associated risks

14. ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES

Violations may result in:

Immediate broadcast disconnection
Temporary suspension
Permanent account ban
Withholding of earnings and tokens

CameraLux may:

Remove content without notice
Terminate accounts immediately
Reject or deactivate non-compliant users

Repeated violations or multiple complaints will result in permanent removal from the platform.
